By downloading or using Lucky Cat Tiles, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Lucky Cat Tiles provides an offline casual puzzle game for personal entertainment. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features in future versions.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, exploit, or misuse the app or its content.
3. Virtual Items
Coins, cash-style counters, unlocks, and other rewards are virtual game items. They have no cash value, are not financial assets, and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for real money in the current release.
4. Purchases and Advertising
The current release does not offer real-money purchases or active advertising. If these features are introduced later, the app and its legal disclosures will be updated before they are enabled.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, artwork, text, software, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
